The inspections we perform will do the following:
- Help determine the moisture source.
- Advise who to call or how to stop the water source or environmental conditions that allowed it.
- Help determine how extensive the problem is and possible health effects, letting you determine what is best for you and your family situation.
- We can take samples and send them to an independent lab for testing. This can help to find out if the mold levels present are elevated and/or associated with a fixable moisture problem.
- Find out how bad the problem is. In some cases, (according to the EPA guidelines) it may be contained enough for you to clean it up yourself, using due caution.
- Protect the rest of the structure and inhabitants.
We follow strict professional protocols designed to not only protect your interests but also our employees when removing mold and water. Additionally, if we find any new problems during the process, we quickly alert you so you can know of any other potential related or unrelated issues.
