Open letter to all my current and potential clients. 3/29/2020

Lee and Candace Ramey of Mold & Mildew Solutions, and Mike Ramey of  “To The Rescue”  have  prided themselves in helping keep Birmingham, AL residences sanitary and healthy for over 35.
 
Through our use of personal protection equipment and by using industry protocols for following sanitary procedures for our daily job tasks  anyway, dealing with the Coronavirus has not brought us to a halt. All of our staff is trained in proper usage of mask and personal protection to aid us in not contracting, nor spreading the Coronavirus/Covid-19.
 
At this time, the Ramey family of companies  intend on honoring the title of an “Essential Business” to help all the areas surrounding Birmingham, Alabama, and Alabamians keep safe and healthy  in this time of crisis
 
While you are at home during this time of quarantine, some will experience water damage that will need to be properly dried, need cleaning inside the home because of addition usage,  encounter some sort of microbial growth issues, or have more opportunity to  notice  some indoor air quality issues.
 Please  do not be afraid to call us to your home because we have and will use the proper protection to keep your family safe. We have been practicing  social distancing and instituted additional sanitization practices to keep ourselves, and our families well, as much as keeping your family safe also.
Since you may be home and available, now might be the to have us do a No-Contact inspection of your crawlspace. Or if you prefer, and there are issues inside the home, we can arrange a no charge, phone or video consultation, to start the conversation on how to help keep your place of safety, even safer and healthier.  
Of special interest is, that due to our extensive training,  knowledge in the field, and years of experience,   we have the supplies, training and relationship with the specialized  lab that sets up as one of the few in Birmingham that can actually test your place of business, office, or even home for the Covid-19 contamination.
As just a brief overview, we have to fully suit up in our PPE, sample any suspect areas, and then send those surface tests to the lab that has the $300,000 PCR machine ( FYI, the same one that is testing the hospital samples)  for the Covid-19/ Coronavirus. This means we can confirm a positive or negative for the virus on surfaces or inside of buildings.
Additional consultation is available for employers on how to clean and document the procedures for liability reasons and peace of mind for you and your employees.
