Mold and Mildew Solutions, LLC is a vital element of Lee's life and he enjoys being active in his family-owned and operated business. His mission as well as the company's is to be the best in our industry, to "wow" our customers every step of the way.

Lee and his wife Linda, have been married for 40+ years and have three adult children Theresa, Mike, and Candace. When not at work Lee enjoys bicycling , collecting antique toys and collecting 19th through 20th-century religious books.

Wayne Tyra

Mold Inspector

Wayne and his wife, Gina, have been married for 19+ years and have one daughter, Cloe. He has worked over 15 years in the cleaning and inspection industry. For the past seven years he has been a part of Mold and Mildew Solutions, LLC where his experience and certifications add great value to the company. When not working Wayne enjoys playing golf and traveling with his family.

​Steve Scates

Mold Inspector

Steve has a 49-year history in successfully owning businesses, upholding sales, and construction management positions.

Steve’s professional history starts in 1973 when he upheld his Tennessee General Contractor License. Since then, he has been nationally recognized for his work in the states of Tennessee, Florida, and Alabama. He is an energetic and tireless peak performer. He is a creative innovator. His peers have called him a “respected out-of-the-box thinker.”

After many years and projects in construction and structural engineering, Steve was interested in using his skills to help our company and was eager to learn more about building science and how moisture and mold affect the health of a building and its occupants.

​Jason Clayton – Crawl space and Basement Specialist

Jason has been married for over 29 years to his beautiful and loving wife. Together they have two children and two grandchildren which is what brings him a great amount of joy. He also enjoys spending time at the summer beach house where you can find him deep sea fishing and golfing.

Jason has been working with Mold & Mildew Solutions since summer of 2021.
He has been in water and foundation work since 2015 and enjoys creating and healthy and safe environment for is customers. He has been a great asset to the team.

​Seneca Satterfield

Field Supervisor

Seneca has been working with and training under Mold & Mildew Solutions since 2017. He has worked his way up from production worker to head Forman and now currently holds the position of field supervisor. He enjoys leading and teaching his team members to be a cohesive part of cleaning for health.

When not at work, Seneca enjoys watching his two sons, Mekhi, (18) and Ju-Ju, (16) grow up. During the school season he is a proud dad at the ballpark watching them play on their football and softball teams and all the other important school events. During the summer you can find him relaxing at his favorite fishing spot. In the winter you will find him enjoying college football and looking forward to eating with the whole family on the holidays or at the next cookout.


Elhadj Mamadou Drame - Head Production Forman

Elhadj, who's originally from Guinea, Conakry, enjoys spending time with his wife, Raven Alivia and their two children Elhadj Kulan and Dallas Avianna. His hobbies are playing soccer and basketball. He especially enjoys playing soccer with his children. He has been with Mold & Mildew Solutions for around 6 years and has great things to say about his experience: “The company hired me because I am willing to learn new things.  Knowing that I am helping people live in a healthy environment and comfortable place every day, makes me feel good about myself. I currently hold the position of Lead Forman. I'm also a certified Cleanspace installer. I strive to be the best at what I do, and I feel very confident in my demolition, mold remediation, and encapsulation skills.”

 


​Anthony & Dena Manning – Service Team

Anthony joined the Mold and Mildew Solutions team in 2020. He works in the maintenance department making sure that your crawlspace/basement system is keeping your home safe and healthy. He takes pride in his work which is evident by his motto is “your crawlspace is my crawlspace.”

Previously, he worked in the construction industry in Pennsylvania for 16 years. He was born and raised in a small town near Hershey, PA where he met and married his wife, Dena for almost 20 years. When not at work you can find Anthony volunteering in Bible ministry programs. He is an outdoor enthusiast bicycling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Dena joined the Mold and Mildew team in 2022. She is happy to take care of you whenever you call the maintenance department. Previously, Dena worked in another industry and through that experience it deepened her passion for taking care of others and promoting healthy lifestyles. She was born and raised in a small town right outside of Hershey, PA. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering with her husband Anthony, improving her culinary skills, personal fitness, and spending time with family and friends.
