I highly recommend Mold & Mildew Solutions. My A/C unit leaked and unfortunately the water spread into 3 adjoining rooms. I was away from home and by the time I found the problem, mold had already developed. From the first phone call, everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional. Wayne’s knowledge & experience was evident as he explained exactly what was needed to remedy the situation. He also shared suggestions & advice to help me navigate other parts of the process that were outside the scope of the work they would be performing. Jay & Jeremy were incredibly efficient, completing the work quickly, and in miserable August heat, no less. Jay also shared lots of helpful advice including EXACTLY where I could purchase matching laminate flooring to replace what they had removed & discarded. They all went above & beyond what was required. It was clear they weren’t just here to complete their work. They made me feel like they were here to help me through this difficult ordeal.
