I had a very pleasant experience with Candace Ramey, a Technician at Mold and Mildew Solutions. She came for my yearly check up and maintenance for my crawlspace. She could’ve been in and out in 20 minutes, but instead was there six hours finding every little thing that could help the humidity and temperature under the house. She was in contact with her supervisors several times, even took a trip to Lowe’s for parts. All of this which really would’ve been fine without, but she wanted to make sure that it was as good as it could possibly get.
